This is the VC-450 Quad Frame, developed originally as an upgrade for the GAUI 330X quad copter. It is 450mm from motor shaft to motor shaft diagonally and the plates are 1/16" thick. The frame includes adjustable landing gear and is designed for 28mm bushless motors in the 750kv - 1050kv range and 10" props.
